Privacy notice
This notice explains how Willow Court Financial Advice handles personal data when you use intelliweb.digital or become a client.
Data controller
Willow Court Financial Advice is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and during advice engagements. Postal address: 2601 Tate Shores, Friesenhampton, England, United Kingdom. Email: hello@intelliweb.digital. Telephone: +44-6-809-1592.
Data we collect
Enquiry forms collect your name, email address, optional consultation preference, preferred meeting window, and message content. During advice work we may also process financial details, National Insurance-related information you supply, identification documents required for anti-money-laundering checks, and notes from meetings.
Purposes and lawful bases
We process enquiry data to respond to your request (legitimate interests and, where you ask us to take steps before a contract, pre-contractual measures). Client files are processed to deliver regulated advice, meet legal obligations, and keep records required by financial services rules.
Retention
General website enquiries that do not become clients are usually kept for up to twenty-four months. Advice files are retained for the periods required by regulation and our professional indemnity insurers — typically at least six years after an engagement ends, and longer where pension transfer advice requires extended retention.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise rights, email hello@intelliweb.digital.
International transfers
We store client records within the United Kingdom where practicable. If a supplier processes data outside the UK, we require appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
Cookies
